This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on John Davis' website and Vantage Point for iPhone, iPad and any other devices and platforms.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You may optionally add images to the Vantage Point inbox via the available share extensions. These images are stored locally on device in the Vantage Point sandbox and are not synced across the network or communicated elsewhere. The images stored in the Vantage Point inbox are not encrypted and may become visible to other applications in future updates.
WIX
This website is hosted by WIX. They have access to some basic technical information to perform this role, such as your IP address.
APPLE
Crash reports, logs, and rudimentary usage information are collected by Apple and provided to us in order to fix problems that result in an application crash. This is done with your consent by the operating system
ADS AND ANALYTICS
We do not add additional analytics frameworks or advertisements to this website or Vantage Point. WIX will add some of its own advertisements to the free tiers of hosted websites, which this is, because I'm a hobbyist.
INFORMATION USAGE
We use the information we collect to operate and improve our website, apps, and customer support.
SECURITY
The images stored in the Vantage Point inbox are not encrypted and may become visible to other applications in future updates.
ACCESSING, CHANGING, OR DELETING INFORMATION
You may delete files from the Vantage Point inbox by uninstalling the application, or by deleting them within the app on an individual basis.
CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
We comply with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.
CHILDREN’S ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE
We never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
